One part of self understanding is to understand our physical self and the sub-strata of our material body and soul.

Every person is descended from other people, who have their own background, history and root. Our body is a history of our ancestors and their decisions to procreate for the next generation of life to occur.

As such, the Ancient religions and Spiritual Satanism, do focus intently on the topic of the Ancestors and the future generation. The best is done for the individual today, so the past can be brought to glory and the future can be better than the present.

Certain factors that tie us with our ancestors are present and they cannot be denied. We are connected to them in the same way our descendants will be connected to us.

A building block of our society is our family. While most modern values preach about values of assimilation and hyper-individualism, Spiritual Satanism stands in the balance of recognizing our ancestors and other people, but also ourselves as free willing beings.

One’s family should be treated either with respect or if deserved, in sacredness. One’s ancestral line is filled with people who have laboriously worked their way so that one can exist. One might be grateful or ungrateful of this, but the reality stands that these people have fought and survived so we can exist today.

Children are sacred in Spiritual Satanism and children of other SS should be seen as extensions of a larger spiritual family, especially if they follow the path.

The Path of Spiritual Satanism is a path that extends to the aeons. That extends from our ancestors, to ourselves and finally, to the future in our descendants.

A large portion of Astarte’s / Aphrodite’s powers have to do with procreation and the continuation of our species. She is one of the Divine Mothers of our species, through the need for sexual union that leads to procreation and perpetuation of our existence. These forces bring human beings together in order to procreate and procure life in a loving manner.

We descend from a long river of human beings that have passed down things to us, but yet we are individuals. Our elevation might do them right, or might do them wrong: But the certain thing is that our advancement not only advances ourselves, but advances them too. The straight outcome of this is experienced in our own family and close environment.

Race or where we descent from, can be seen as a river that flows onward, stemming from carrying the power of our greater family line, then our race, then humanity.

While humanity as a term encompasses the whole of our species, we must understand that wherever we come from in regards to our background, we mutually are children of “humanity”, but children of our race of people too.

In contrast to religions of forced universalism, Spiritual Satanism does position itself on the Truth which is realistic. We accept all aspects of ourselves.

Gaining the honor of our ancestors and descendants is a primary focus in Spiritual Satanism. It’s the actualization of the self to the highest potential that will make us greater, for us and for them.

Acceptance of the above can lead to healthy introspection, combined with noble acts, giving us bravery and perspective of our origins.

It can also lead to examinations of faults, mistakes, errant behaviors that might have to do with “inherited” hurdles one has to overcome or set a new example for. Certain elements of our “Ancestors”, have to be washed out – the impious and wrong elements in us that come from them, we can decide to nullify in ourselves for the good of the next generations.

No matter from where one comes, the path to Spiritual Satanism is open to all Gentiles in this world. The reason is because of the great plan of the Gods to create higher and higher types of human beings, until we can too be called an advanced form of life like they are.
